will Shoot 1.6.4 work with Windows XP?

i want to use Shoot with Sierra/Papyrus Nascar Racing 2003 Season. is Shoot compatible with NR2K3?

It works on WinXP, definitly. And it will highly likely work with those games, though I've never tried it.
