Got mine back. It took 3 weeks. I got different console, 2 months later manufactured than my original, 23.12.2005 or 12.23.2005 for all backward thinkers Wink

Anyway, I wished for a little "fresher" machine, but what the heck, I can take it. Feature which I was "not so keen", was that the connect button on 360 didn't work, so I took the frontpanel out and used screwdriver to press the switch Shocked

No way I'm gonna wait another 3 weeks just for that... I don't know if the plastic "pin", which is supposed to trigger the button is the one to blame or if it's the button which isn't on the right place... But anyway, I can play and it isn't so often that you have to use the connect button (thank god).
I got the 1 month Live-time ticket with the machine, which goes without saying considering it was almost month "On The Road"...

Mine was returned to me during my holidays, and it is quite a bit more recent. Also, I think they have tuned down the drive in firmware, because it is much more quiet now. Takes longer to load games, but I can live with that. Got two months worth of XBL, resonable.

I feel, that mine makes actually more noise, than the earlier Rolling Eyes

Update: I checked the button and it was ok. I bended the plastic pin and carefully reinserted the frontpanel and the connect button is now working properly. So now I'm technically ready for Halo 3 Twisted Evil
