When I click on setup .exe I get 'To start Shoot Setup, click OK. To quit without installing, click Cancel'. I click OK and I get a Shoot Setup Error: 'Shoot Setup has failed. If problem persists, please contact Product Support.'

Does this mean that Shoot has failed to load?

What can I do?

Did you run it with admin privileges (Win7 / Vista) ?

Right-click the Shoot setup .exe, and then select 'Run As Administrator'.
