GCC accepts donations in two forms currently, Charter Membership, and one-time donations. Both are currently done through Paypal, but feel free to send us an email if you would like to send check or money order via snail mail. Here is info and links on both options:

Charter Membership (Click here to become a GCC charter member):

Charter Members have been around for a few years now, and although we only have a few, they are the true people keeping this site going. Charter members help pay for the immense costs of running this site, but let me just leave you with this thought....If GCC was on the stock market, we would be posting a loss every year.

If you would like to become a charter member, the cost is $3 per month (Custom subscriptions also available on request), and you can cancel at anytime. All money goes toward maintaining and developing GCC. One-time donations will also be awarded with a limited Charter Membership, and all associated privileges for the duration of the membership.

As a subscriber, you will get a Charter Membership status in your user profile, as well as a few perks normal members don't. Charter members get freebies (We recently gave away some PC hardware, an exclusive music CD, and more) almost every month, as well as free automated entry into EVERY public GCC contest.

We have recently added an exclusive forum for our Charter Members, and I attempt to give away at least 1-2 games or hardware items a month there for grabs by those that subscribe. These will be offered to Charter Members as a thank you for your continued support. Freebies are truly free, including shipping. Freebies can include full games, hardware, music CDs, beta test slots, demos for press, toys, and more!

Charter membership also comes with some GCC exclusives like our unique private FTP server, special insider information, and a level of service and catering from the GCC Dragon (That's me if you don't know!), unlike the already generous community I already give non-donating members. The charter membership is still a work in-progress, and we will be offering more exclusives in the future for those members who help bring you this community.

I have been told the $3 a month is too cheap, but we are not GameSpot Complete, or GameSpy Elite, or any of those fancy shmanchy other gaming sites that have reviews out the day a game is released. We are press, a community, and so much more. Join GCC in our on-going gaming crusade, and support this cause!

Cancellation

A subscription can be cancelled up until the day of the next scheduled payment.

To cancel an Active Subscription:

Go to www.Paypal.com and login
Click the My Account tab.
Click the History subtab.
Choose the Subscriptions field from the Show dropdown menu.
Check the From box and change the date back 2 years.
Click Search.
To view the details of a specific Subscription Creation, click Details in the Details column.
At the bottom of this page, click Cancel Subscription.
On the confirmation page, click Cancel Subscription again.
