As you may know, this upgrade has been as painful as the previous efforts, even if for different reasons. Tonight we are proud to bring you the mostly-completed new site, complete with new features, theme, and much much more TBA.

Note that a few of the menu links on the new theme still need to be adjusted, but the important ones work for the time being. Some newer content is featured, but will not be linked properly until I announce it formally in the news for each title (Bioshock, ETQW, Timeshift, etc).

Thanks again for your patience, and if you notice anything odd, don't be afraid to tell us.

Oh yea, and tonight is the 8th year of GCC's conception! Smile

Anyone notice the action when you click on the GCC head logo in the flash movie? Smile

I thought it was simply neato, but I am easily amused

Kudos for what has been done to GCC so far in the upgrade. Looking sharp and nice to see the old GCC color scheme back. Hope to see the downloads section back in working order with images again soon. But I realise you state its not all fixed yet. Looking good and kewl that GCC has been around for 8 years, and dang I've been around for almost 7 of them, I think Shocked If I run across something not quite right, I'm sure I'll tell ya. Keep up the great work here at GCC Wink

Yay!! Finally back to the good ol' days! Wink
A lean, mean, gaming machine.

BTW, in FF 2.0.0.8 for Mac OSX the Flash menu is shifted to the right, and about half of the "media" button is sticking out the side of the page.

Birthday 'Appy GCC!

Actually, Firefox doesn't seem to center the page correctly. However, the flash does get centered for some reason, as such it seems the flash is shifted, while the entire site is. Will take a look at why that happens when I get a chance.

This seems to have something to do with the old themes (GCC 2000 / GCC 2003). Switch to GCC 2007 and it should work.

Edit: Fixed.

Ah! I hadn't looked at it that way, but it makes sense now.
When I reduce the size of the browser window it looks like it should.
Pristine once again.
