Participation in the GameClubCentral.com sweepstakes ("sweepstakes") constitutes unconditional and complete acceptance of all rules set forth below.

1. No Purchase Necessary

This sweepstakes is open to residents of the the planet Earth (Please note that Germany and some other countries are very hard to ship to and can be very costly. All prizes are shipped from the United States). You must be at least 13 years of age at the time of entry for your entry to be counted. GameClubCentral.com makes no warranty as to the accuracy of the information provided on this web site and assumes no liability for any errors or omissions in its content. Any participant in this sweepstakes relieves Gamvoiceclub.com from any and all liabilities related to this sweepstakes through their entry and/or receipt of a prize. Read these official rules carefully before entering the sweepstakes. Canadian entrants selected in any drawing will be required to correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to be administered by mail or by telephone.*

2. Entering the Sweepstakes

The GCC sweepstakes are entered in various forms, see each contest for individual rules. An individual may not enter the sweepstakes multiple times with multiple email addresses; doing this will result in the voiding of all entries received. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the registered holder of the e-mail account. By entering this sweepstakes and providing a valid email address, the entrant agrees to allow contact to this email address from gameclubcentral.com, all subsidiaries, affiliates and sponsors for the indefinite future. GCC Staff is not eligible for our contests/sweepstakes. Clan leaders/members, although a part of the GCC Network, are not considered GCC staff and are given the full GCC membership privilege of contest/sweepstakes eligibility. Any and all submissions become the property of GameClubCentral.com and the GCC Network.

3. Prize Drawing

The winners of sweepstakes/contests/tournaments will be determined by GCC Staff. The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received. All winners will be posted on the winners page within 15 days of contest end date. Judges' decision on the winner(s) and all related judgments shall be final. Winners will be contacted via email at the time of selection. If the winner does not respond to the email within 72 hours, a new winner will be chosen by another random drawing. The winner consents to the use of his/her name, photograph, likeness, biography, voice and/or video for advertising and promotional purposes, including online announcement, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. By participating in the sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and by the decisions of the judge which are final in all matters relating to the sweepstakes.

4. Prize Details

Prizes will not be transferable in any way. GameClubCentral.com holds the right to substitute the prize for another prize of equal or greater value at the time of the awarding of the prize. Any applicable taxes will be the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner is also responsible for shipping and handling to destination.

6. Winners List

A list of all winners of all sweepstakes will be posted within fifteen (15) days of the sweepstakes end on www.gameclubcentral.com.

7. Modification

GameClubCentral.com reserves the right to modify the Official Rules of this sweepstakes without any notice to the entrant. The entrant agrees to be bound by these changes.
